Nail Art Step by Step

After completing your nail prep, apply a coat of STICK WITH IT base coat.

Step 1

Apply a thin coat of THAT'S SO MONROE onto the entire nail making sure to cap the free edge. Repeat for full coverage.

Step 2

With a Mini Striper Brush and FLIRTY AND FABULOUS, paint a large star outline near the cuticle and a small star outline near the free edge.

Fill in the stars.

Using CLASSIC RED LIPS and the Mini Striper Brush, paint additional stars. Repeat the step with SOME GIRLS PREFER PEARLS. Finish with NEED FOR SPEED top coat.
