Allow lacquer to dry. Apply tape onto the nail.

Apply a coat of COMMAND THE STAGE.

Remove the tape from the nail. Apply dots using a Dotting Tool and RECORD BREAKER. Finish with NEED FOR SPEED Top Coat.
