Apply a thin coat of DON'T PANSY AROUND, making sure to cap the free edge. Apply a second coat for full coverage.

Begin painting petals onto the nail plate using ALL WHITE NOW and a round nail art brush.

Paint additional petals at the bottom of the current flower design.

Step 4
Apply dots in the flowers using All White Now and a dotting tool. For a high-shine long-lasting manicure, apply a coat of MAKE IT LAST top coat.
