Apply a thin coat of TARTAN THE INTERRUPTION. Repeat for full coverage.

Allow lacquer to dry. Apply Vinyl Tape.

Apply TWEED ME! and WOOL YOU LOVE ME? onto the nail.

Remove the Vinyl Tape and finish with NEED FOR SPEED top coat.
