Nail Art Step by Step

After completing your nail prep, apply a coat of STICK WITH IT base coat.

With the Mini Striper Brush and Black Shadow, paint the horn lines. Using MISTRESS OF MAYHEM, fill in the face.

Using Black Shadow, fill in the horns.

With a Mini Striper Brush and MAKE 'EM SQUIRM, create the horn detailing. Finish with NEED FOR SPEED top coat.
