Spring Mani Trends Fresh off the Runway

At New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2015, Morgan Taylor's lead manicurists Gina Edwards and Danielle Candido designed understated nail looks that played with dual tones and textures, asymmetric lines, sunbursts and luminous layers. Edwards and Candido proved that subdued manicures are anything but boring. Color palettes ranged from coral and mauve pinks to moodier hues of aquamarine and black, with touches of silver and shimmer throughout. Manis played with texture by combining matte and gloss top coat, and dimension with varying layers of translucency.
